Privacy Policy

International Fender Providers Ltd. ensures that all contact lists, email content and reports remain private and confidential to IFP. IFP will not sell, rent, or loan our email lists or individual customer data to any outside firms. IFP does however maintain the right to utilise information provided by our clients and web site users for marketing purposes and to identify clients as users of our products, although we will remove any company from any such public client list if requested to do so.

As our business meets the future, our privacy policy may change. We shall endeavour to post notice of changes of policy prominently and with advance notice, but our policy, terms, and conditions in effect at any time will govern our practices and our relationship at that time. You should check back here regularly in case policies or terms and conditions are updated or changed.

Quality Policy

The primary quality objective of is to provide a service that meets and exceeds the agreed
requirements of our customers.
A Quality Management System has been developed based on the requirements of SM EN
ISO 9001:2015
A Procedures Manual has been developed, incorporating health & safety, environmental
protection and personnel management systems, in compliance with good industry practices
and statutory requirements and are controlled under the umbrella of a quality framework.
Company management, to the most senior level, are fully committed to the principles of this
standard.  Through a process of internal communication and auditing, the Company will
ensure that all employees are made aware of this Policy and that they familiarise
themselves with, understand and successfully comply with Company instructions and
procedures relevant to their own job functions.
All employees are responsible for the quality of their own work.  The effectiveness and
suitability of our quality system and objectives shall be regularly reviewed by all levels of
management and a process for continual improvement implemented and maintained.

Environmental Policy

The Company is fully committed to the prevention of damage to the environment, including the
prevention of pollution, taking into account legislative requirements and information about
significant environmental impacts, in particular to the marine environment, during the course of our
activities.
An Environmental Management System has been developed based on the requirements of SM EN
ISO 14001:2015
We shall achieve this by aiming for a zero spill record and by controlling our consumption of natural
resources.
We shall focus on areas of our operations where our actions have the greatest potential for adverse
environmental impact and we shall minimise this potential by:-
 evaluating environmental risks
 using environmentally-friendly technology
 adopting condition based maintenance
 segregating garbage and waste
 planning voyages carefully
 providing pollution response equipment
 preparing and training in incident management
 monitoring and minimizing our effects and impact on the environment
By establishing practical safeguards against all identified risks, the number of environmental
accidents, incidents and near misses shall be reduced. All such events shall be reported, lessons
learned, and appropriate steps taken to avoid recurrence.
Through a process of internal communication and auditing, the Company will ensure that all
employees are made aware of this Policy and that they familiarise themselves with, understand, and
comply with Company environmental-protection instructions and procedures relevant to their own
job functions.
All employees from the Managing Director to each individual at the work site, including any
contractor or other person employed, are responsible for the impact that their own actions and
omissions have on the environment.
The effectiveness and suitability of our Environmental Policy and those operating it, as well as our
environmental performance, shall be regularly reviewed by all levels of management and a process
for continual improvement implemented and maintained.

Health and Safety Policy

The Company considers health and safety to be equal in importance to all other primary business
objectives. Company management, to the most senior level, are fully committed to creating and
maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring safety at sea and the prevention of
human injury or loss of life.
A Health and Safety Management System has been developed based on the requirements of BS
OHSAS 18001:2004
The Company aims for a zero accident record.
Within the Company, a Procedures Manual has been developed for the onshore and offshore
management of STS operations in compliance with good industry practices, international and flag
state legislation and all other applicable mandatory rules and regulations.
Our Procedures Manual provides for safe practices in STS operations and preparation for responding
to emergency situations. We have identified clear lines of communication between shore based and
shipboard personnel and throughout the organisation.
