YOKOHAMA started manufacturing Floating Pneumatic Fenders in 1958 and with its high performance and durability, the Yokohama Floating Pneumatic Fender rapidly gained popularity during the large-scale tanker era in the latter half of the 1960's and have been used for transfer of cargo from one ship to another ship or jetty from anything from small vessels to the largest bulk carriers and 500,000 tons ULCC oil tankers.
Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd has been manufacturing marine hoses for the past 25 years that have allowed Yokohama to gather a vast amount of experience in the design and manufacture of high quality marine hoses that surpass all the required standards.
Fenders and hoses are inspected before and after every STS operations and yearly testing is carried as per international standard requirements.
